How do I start a Varsity Membership?

Starting your Varsity Membership is simple! You can start your membership on the Wash Menu web page, or at the paystation kiosk at either location.

Do you have a discount for multiple vehicles?

We offer a $5 discount for each additional vehicle added to your membership. For example: Your first vehicle on an MVP plan costs $45 per month, and each additional vehicle costs $40 (plus tax).

How do I use my membership?

Once your membership is active, our camera system will read your rear license plate to give you automated entry through the paystation gates. You won’t even need to roll your window down!

How do I make changes to my membership?

To make changes to your membership, please visit the Manage Membership page on our website. The ‘manage membership’ button will direct you to a form where you can update your account. You can also email us or ask a team member for help.

Will there always be someone available to help?

Absolutely! While the tunnel is mostly automated, we always have team members on-site to help at paystations, guide cars onto the conveyor belt, and help you with your membership. You can press the help button at the paystation or visit us in the office if you need assistance. We are happy to help!

What if the vacuum stalls are full?

On particularly busy days, the complimentary vacuum stalls can fill up quickly. Unfortunately, we cannot safely allow vehicles to park and wait for a stall to open up. If you purchased a single wash during your visit, we will gladly provide you with a free MVP wash card so that you can come back and vacuum another time!

Do you offer free vacuums?

Our vacuums are complimentary to every guest with their wash during business hours. Each stall is equipped with microfiber towels, multi-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, seasonal bug cleaner, compressed air and trash bins. On particularly busy days, please limit vacuuming time to 10 minutes as a courtesy to others.

What are the vehicle restrictions for your carwash?

Our tunnel can accommodate vehicles up to 88 inches tall and up to 80 inches wide (excluding mirrors). We are unable to service dually trucks, as they are too wide for our conveyor belt. We are also unable to service vehicles with a bike rack. Lastly, if your vehicle has retractable running boards, mirrors, or antennas, please retract them. If you have any questions or concerns about whether our wash can accommodate your vehicle, please reach out to us via email or consult with a team member before entering the tunnel.

Will my vehicle stay safe in the wash?

Absolutely! Our brushes are made from a specially designed, closed-cell foam material that gently cleans the exterior of your vehicle. Each wash package begins with a thorough pre-soak and high-pressure wash to loosen up dirt and grime before you even reach the brushes. We use the highest quality chemicals to properly lubricate and protect your vehicle. Finally, we diligently evaluate all of our wash equipment to eliminate any dirt or debris inside the tunnel. We are meticulously clean, so that you can wash with confidence!

What do I do if I think my car was damaged at the wash?

We do our best to keep our equipment in top condition and watch for features on each car that may be susceptible to damage. It is the responsibility of each guest to read the disclaimer posted at the paystations. This disclaimer lists the types of accessories and pre-existing conditions for which the car wash cannot be held responsible. If you believe that the car wash has damaged your car, please submit a damage claim with our team. We will thoroughly review your claim and partner with you to provide a clear resolution.

Will your wash clean the bugs off my car?

Before entering the tunnel, our team will spray off as much debris and bug residue as possible. Hardened bugs often cannot be completely removed in the wash, without using chemistry and friction that could harm a vehicle’s paint. Instead, we offer a gentle, specially formulated bug removal chemical at our vacuum stalls that is available to every customer during ‘bug season,’ at no additional charge.

Can you clean my floor mats?

Of course! Once you’ve parked at a vacuum stall, please bring your floor mats to the tunnel entrance, and a team member will spray them clean for you.
